What with mice life spans being what they are, I would think Elle is way too old for the Captain. I think they met about 18 months ago, which by crude calculations, assuming she was at least “18” at the time, means she is about 125 mouse-years old now!

gmartin997 - Should you be so inclined, you would be welcome to be a part of this little community of uclick nomads we call ”The Tribe”. We’re a bunch of Yappy Nuts. We’re “Toon Surfers”.

We’re here and there, some of us can be found EVERYWHERE. It’s what we do you’re why we’re here, to meet and enjoy the comments from others with a similar interest. Within our growing group of migrating ‘toon mercenaries are punsters which may at first appear rude and obnoxious, but upon reflection are really amusingly sarcastic. This little trait merely needs to be fine-tuned to avoid being too belicose. (Every group of Friends has at least one Chandler.) Oh, Well…

Sometimes, we get these pesky little varmints that have no desire other than to stir up trouble and can be a royal pain in the arse. “Crikey, Mate! This li’il bloke can be a bit of a nuisance so we’ll just try to ignore it and move on. It’s from a class of Cruisine Challenged Sub-structure Symbionts called TROLLS and they CAN be a bit bothersome.” ” DANGER! DANGER! DANGER!” However some previous varmints have become very amiable.

We have no purpose but to enjoy the toons, the comments, plus the interaction of kindered spirits. We’re here for those who like toons and sometimes want or need a place to virtually be with others and feel wanted or a part of something that doesn’t want their money.

Like Red Skelton used to say at the end of each of his shows, “I personally believe that each of us was put here for a purpose – to build not to destroy. If I can make people smile, then I have served my purpose for God.”

What happened to the Captain’s mermaid sweetheart? Haven’t seen her in a while.

Good Morning DocT and everyone else! I wholeheartedly agree with RadKnight! I have often needed to express my thoughts on the comic without fear of rebuttal or put down and I have tried to do it here, Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t, but I can’t bring myself to stop coming here and enjoying all the comments. Sometimes more than the comic. But the comic always is the beginning of the comments and I do love Overboard. Louie is the dog I always wished I could have. So, to everyone: Welcome and good to see you all! See you tomorrow!

patrice52 - Greetings and Howdy (I’m in Texas) We’re glad to make your acquaintance and you’re always welcome to stop by at the Big Top where TheTribe tend to gather and call home. Everyone keeps odd hours but someone should be around occasionally to make you welcome.

If hymenoxis comes through with his little whisk broom, he’s harmless but fun. He just keeps the place disgustingly clean. When you see his avatar you can see why the windows are so clean.
