My senior chihuahua mix does the same thing; but with him, it may be arthritis; or, could be a birth defect, or an old injury (he was also abused at some point). I tried it when I first got him (as a senior), my previous chihuahua would shake with both paws, one at a time. Not this one; but he’s very sweet, like Annie.
