Twenty years ago my younger brother said that globally, places that were traditionally dry would become even more dry, and wet places even more well, wet. Yep.
Some change is good. Except for five days of -30 degrees our winter has been very mild. That probably just means we will have to pay for it next winter.
Climate change CAN create chaos, confusion & complexity…a winter might be more mild and then a polar vortex can bust down to dump snow, ice & sleet where it is very rare.
we’ve been enjoying (really, really enjoying) an unusually mild stretch, but we know that the lashings will resume any day now. and continue until morale improves…

As I understand climate change’s effect is that humans will suffer more storms, they will be more dangerous and last longer.

Melting glaciers? Coincidence.
More wildfires? Coincidence.
