My company had a great idea to boost moral. They set up a system where you give people points for going above and beyond their normal work duties. Points can be used to get merchandise. One of the quality techs gave me some points for helping him figure out a problem. His boss denied the points. Guess where my moral is now.
my CEO – John Stankey said “there is no work – life balance, love your job or quit & get another…..we’ll just replace you & move on…we need to reduce headcount by another 20k” Ask me why I don’t own any AT&T stock!!!
Now that the corporate welfare queens (notice I was so nice I didn’t call them “ kleptocrats”) are Traitor Trump’s handlers, which creek without which paddle does that leave the rest of us?
Um, not because I’ve got anything against unions (I was an officer in my own for many years), but an essential prerequisite for a union is “more than one employee”.

He is correct. CEOs are out of touch. All that money and power makes them blind to compassion, empathy and mercy.
