Bingo! Traffic rules are VERY, VERY simple. They are designed so everyone knows how to play the game of “traffic”. We have become a nation of traffic-cheaters, who have forgotten how a stop sign works and why. I now drive through my town with one hand resting on my horn, because I want to LIVE.
