Coming Soon đ At the beginning of April, youâll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
Itâs either a notice for cutting down a âlegacyâ tree without permission, or they want Walt to do something about putting away the giant werewolf Halloween decorations attached to either side of the house.

It took the half the night to clean up a dirty Sunday, but we have a double-sized mini-update for the 6th and 7th to keep pace with the date:
Lance and Gracie get a chance to talk, even as she remains in custody and he remains bedridden in recovery. And now Lance wants to try to explain it all to Brenda. Lazy finally buys the news clipping, but the coverage of the shooting means the news is already hitting the streets before the dirt can be âweaponizedâ. Guess Miss Grayson was TOO Lazy on this one, womp womp.
Corky and Skeezix figure to take Adam & Eve over to Grampa Waltâs to dig him out after a big snow. By the time they show up, Walt is running out of people on his block who still could use a hand! And then Eve gets the ball, and launches one from way downtownâŠ. Kaboom! Sheâs a natural!
(Did we ever see as much of Hopeâs family as we did get that brief glimpse of Jonesâ parents?)
Great comic. WNC remains in need of help. If you can help, I suggest you take a look at The Sumaritanâs Purse charity in Boone, NC. This is the Billy Graham foundation. They have boots on the ground in WNC that are really helping.
I was the HOA president of my townhouse community, 63 units. We had basic rules, and collected dues for maintenance and repairs. Does anyone want the neighbor whoâs driveway abuts yours to have junk cars sitting in it? Torn screens flapping in the wind? Dogs running loose, or owners who donât pick up after the dogs? Loud parties at 3AM? Cars parked in common areas blocking traffic? Thatâs what we enforced. There was a clause that if you got too far behind in the dues, or violated rules too often the association could evict you and take possession, happily it never came to that. When we needed new roofs, nearly a million dollars, we had enough in reserves that we only needed a one time special assessment of $500 for each unit. Landscaping always looked nice, snow always removed, garbage always picked up.

It stands for âHome Ownersâ Associationâ. Looks like someoneâs in trouble! Could it have something to do with that tree that fell last year??

When is a letter from HOA ever good ?

Given the origins of the town, I find it hard to believe that there would be any sort of covenant control community there.

If itâs the other HOA, will it make Walt Wallet be evicted?
