I don’t think Felix the Cat or Sylvester or Cat Stevens ever actually meowed during their role playing.

That does seem to be most of their vocabulary.

The Dog to English is similar. But one page is full of “Walk me!” woofs.

My cat has 12 different meows for “play with me!”
