You are lucky that you can prowl around on your own. That is becoming increasingly rare for dogs.

What are you talking about, Fred? You come in and out of a warm house. They have a job of patrolling property.

Count your blessings, Fred. You live in a warm house, you sleep in front of the fireplace, you are spoiled by a couple who dote on you, and you get sausages (almost) any time you want. How many other dogs are as lucky as you?

spoiler alert*** Fred, at least you aren’t like Guard Dog used to be in Mutts. Best story in comics in years. If I recall, it starts about Nov 1 2023 and goes until Jan 2024. It’s a long arc, but worth it for anyone who likes dogs…or anyone at all, really.
