Phooey!" Linus says. He walks outside, carrying a balloon. Lucy follows him, holding the end of the string.<br> <br> They walks along. Lucy asks, "What do you mean, 'Phooey'?" He answers, "Just what I said! Phooey!"<br> <br> "For goodness sake, Linus, stop complaining!"<br> <br> Exasperated, Linus protests: "Well, good grief, how does it look to have to have my sister tag after me to help me hold on to a stupid balloon?!"<br> <br> "All right, I'll tie it on to your shoelace, and you can look after it yourself!" Lucy kneels down and adjusts the knot. "Good!" Linus says.<br> <br> "HEY, WAIT!" Linus shouts as Lucy walks away. He stands on his head, too light to weigh down the balloon.<br> <br> "That wasn't so good, was it? I'll tie it to this shirt button, and we'll see if that works better." Lucy fixes the string.<br> <br> "Nope, I guess it doesn't!" Lucy observes. Linus's shirt has flown over his head, covering his face and lifting his arms.<br> <br> "THis time I'll tie it to your collar..that should work.." Lucy tries once again.<br> <br> She walk away, announcing: "Whew! What a struggle! I'm glad we got that straightened out!" We hear: "WHOOPS!" <br> <br> Lucy turns back to see a barechested Linus frown. The shirt and the balloon have been blown off, and his hair is tousled. "Don't say a word! Just don't say anything!!"<br> <br>
