Thank the good lord we now have self-sealing envelopes and self-sticking stamps. And this brings me back to the Seinfeld episode where Susan, oh never mind! LOL!

As a retired mailman, I think panel 2 should be a stamp. I have been disgusted over what people have the audacity to mail.
