When my nephew was about 11 years old he told me he was afraid his little dog wasn’t going to live very long; I asked him why, and he said because she had too much stress. “Stress?!” I replied. “She sleeps half the day, her every need is catered to … I wish I had that kind of stress.” She must have learned to meditate because she was still alive when he went off to college.
