Wow! An ‘old-school’ chicken. He wasn’t willing to drive the farmers’ truck all the way to the other side of the road.

Don’t know what gluten is, but everything without it is bad.

I use regular bread flour to make my homemade bread. The gluten isn’t free, but it’s included in the price of the flour.

Made a loaf of sourdough bread last night. Had some this morning. Yum.

Next they’ll be raising those boneless chickens.
