Why didn’t the postman just slip it through the mail slot? Guess he just wanted to get his jibe in.

Andy is creeping out of bed in the middle of the night.

In the second panel, Andy is downstairs approaching Flo’s handbag. Flo shouts down, “What are you lookin’ for?” Andy replies, “Nothin’, Pet!”

In the third panel Flo replies, “ln that case, you’ll find it in my ’andbag!”

In the final panel, a deflated Andy shouts, “You enjoyed that, didn’t yer!” as he returns to the stairs.

How is he spreading his popularity (besides on the comic strip)?

I suppose Andy would be a local celebrity of sorts.

The trouble with “final reminders” is that they are not final, you will be hearing from them again, and again.

Andy’s happy they are final reminders. Trash bin was full.

You still have a postal service in GB? Lucky you! They abolished the government postal service where I live a few years ago as a cost-saving measure. Now, everything is sent by electronic mail or private courier.

There’s a letter slot in the door and the mailman doesn’t use it?

I didn’t realize Andy knew how to be sarcastic, he sure laid it thick there.

There would not be any if the lazy bum worked.

Like Otis was the town drunk, Andy is his protege. Otis teaching him everything he knows.

They say “final reminder”, but do they just forget about it after that? Heck no.
