By golly, the cape really works!

Reminds me of the (true) story of a girl who convinced her little brother he could fly in his Superman cape. He jumped of the roof and broke both legs. Her comment: Isn’t he lucky to have a sister like me!

A friend bought his little brother a Batman costume about 15 yrs ago. The disclaimer on the side of the box, “Cape does NOT allow user to fly”. It didn’t stop his brother from trying.

Gosh, the places I could go with that Superman cape!

a great way to beat commute traffic

My cape pooped-out and I fell and broke my head when I tried that. Yep, That would explain a few things.

The costume didn’t give him superpowers; he just bounced on a trampoline in the store, and his indestructible hair did the rest.

That never works for me.

…And that’s why that store doesn’t allow dressing rooms any more…

Bad enough we don’t get Sunday Lio in the Chicago Tribune anymore, but today the chuckleheads managed to print half of today’s comic section using strips from last August 28th.! Grrr..
