Slow motion train wreck

Online forms are perfect for limiting feedback. This is how we deal with people who want certain books banned from the library: there’s a two-page questionnaire which also forces the complainant to write an essay about why they want that particular book removed. NO ONE has EVER filled it out.

I enjoy snotty retail people. They make me laugh. That makes them snottier. Some do fall silent though, as I laugh.

You’ve got good retail staff when they can trick a customer into thinking the giant corporation actually cares about them.

Bennet is trying, but keeps failing.

If Bennet were me, he’d be telling the eyeless wonder to shut up and not the customer.

But my complaint is no one will let me talk to a human being.

if I were his supervisor, we would be having a behind closed doors discussion about his attitude and my expectations. I get that he is struggling but rude and disrespectful is not the way to prosper.
