Ya can’t argue with Andy on that one, old chap….he wrote the book on ‘useless’.
Any guy who has ever had to managed any kind of team can sympathize with Andy just a little.
Like it or not, sometimes the only way to make a guy understand he’s holding back the team is BE straight-up brutal about it.
