Ooh, I was amazed at how much the political comments were still relevant, but the Carson joke is carbon dated.
If we picked all the nits there wouldn’t be any politicians left at all. Wow! Rather than elections, we should have a national day of nitpicking. The country would improve 100% overnight.
There’s already plenty of nitpicking. It’s just that nobody does anything about them but complain.
Politics = poli (many) + tics (blood-sucking creatures)…I think Opus knows this…
Could today’s strip be an early commentary on political correctness? If so, is it for or against PC?
Doc, I wonder how much all that experience is worth if it’s gotten us into the state we’re in now.
