I don’t think it’s a bit extreme - Steve probably has that effect on a lot of women.

Personally a delousing might be in order after someone like him went after me…. then the hot shower and soap and soap and soap! UGhhh

Where does Miss Harlow come into it - is she yet to make an appearance in the strip?

Miss Harlow actually made her first appearance before Steve Dallas. His first appearance was showing up to go on a date with her much to the disapproval of Milo’s Grandpa. By this point in the strip she is dating Cutter John leaving Steve sans girlfriend until Lola Granola shows up.

The words coming out of her mouth seem to be disagreeing with her outfit. I know she can’t change clothes there in the bar, but she could take off the dog collar.

Breathed’s always been good at drawing rather attractive women. Every time I come across this particular strip I chuckle simply because the way she’s dressed is so “of the times.”
