Congress is Republican? The President is Republican? The Republican are spending Democrats money? The Republicans are to blame for the WORLD credit crisis? The Republicans should vote for another $737 billion waste of taxpayer money since the first did nothing? Republicans are bigoted Scrooges? All of the above?

You left out a bunch of stuff about Democrat culpability; but yeah, most of the above is accurate (in the context of the cartoon)…

Just to keep the record straight, that 700 billion dollars was asked for and approved during George W. Bush’s term in office. You can’t hang that one on the Democrats.
And don’t forget, this strip is from about four to eight years ago. It is not addressing anything current.
