I can really relate! I’ve been offered all kinds of things by men who wanted to “trade up” (in China, an Anglo wife or mistress is a real trophy). Saying “You’re married to someone else” doesn’t work, saying “I’m married with two kids” only gets the response “oh, that’s okay, I don’t mind adopting.” AAAAAAAARRRG!!!
