Been a busy week getting ready for the 11pm service tonight. It should be great, though. Our associate pastor is preaching tonight, and he’s very animated and good. And he also has a voice you can hear in our choir area, it can get hard to hear the senior pastor.

Hy, what am I supposed to do with the shrimp shells?

Do NOT place them down the disposal….trash them, if they’re not for a nice sauce.

Shrimp shells, celery strings, and other fibrous materials should go in the “dry” garbage.

Where do all these empty Bookers bottles and messed up “paint supplies” go? CLEO IS GONNA BE SOOOOOO SURPRISED WHEN HE GETS HOME

This assumes you’re not planning a lovely stock…in which case you can keep the celery strings and shrimp shells.

Well he’ll be even MORE SURPRISED if he finds all the SHRIMP SHELLS AND CELERY STRINGS in the middle of his living room!

Of course, I could make a lovely soup stock as HY suggested, but hey, I have enough work cut out for me tmr. Do I really want to make a soup stock? It would be easier to just dump them somewhere, like Cleo’s living room and let him make the soup stock! :-)

No….don’t waste them. Add them to a stock pot…I have a young nephew here which, cleaned properly, would add a savory undertaste…
