LuvH8, yes about 10-11 years ago. Lonewolf, I slept like a rock. Unfortunately I’m still feeling a little groggy (pardon the pun). I feel as though I could use another 6 hours.

UNLESS THEY ALL ATTACK AT ONCE

Doc, as a matter of fact, yes I do. I prefer to work on the vehicle here because I have ALL of my tools and the heavier equipment, hydraulic jacks, etc. Having the computer with all my repair books and invoices is also a big help. But I will go to the house if it won’t start and see if I can get it started. I also do pick up and delivery of the vehicles.

That’s a labor intensive job to do a rear main seal on a Saturn, Doc. The seal and oil is inexpensive.

Doc, I rebuilt a 93 Saturn engine a few years ago. I want to say it was about $2900.00 but that was through the shop I worked at.

Definitely avoid her comments in FBorFW. I didn’t know they let anyone know they were being flagged, either your comment disappears or it doesn’t. Is there some secret to telling how many times you are flagged?

LuvH8, I would think you would be notified at some point by GoComics. As far as I know, I have never been flaggged. At least not yet.

Hello bunny & Terry. Our drywall repair is now drying. He comes back to do the sanding and mud work tomorrow and then comes back on w Wednesday to finish up. He makes good money for the little time it takes him.

We are redoing a men’s toilet to add a women’s toilet (so they don’t have to trek leventy-dozen yards to the next nearest one). However, every time I want to use the john when I’m in the sacristry, I miss it…

Grog about six holes in two walls and a ceiling. He finished putting up the drywall and taping in under three hours.

Grog, I go tomorrow for more tests. They didn’t like the results from the last CT Scan. Bottom line is they don’t know what’s wrong or what I have.

@Terry, I feel for you. The worst possible news is not so bad, when it comes to medical problems, as not knowing. Then, besides what’s wrong, they can’t effectively treat it, they have all sorts of fiendish tests that don’t give useable results, and you still don’t know what to worry about.

Late tomorrow afternoon, Lonewolf. Assuming no delays, my boss should be picking me up by 6PM.

I’ll try to keep in touch, but as I said to LuvH8, I doubt I’ll be in a position to. But I won’t be gone for that long.

Howdy Dry. I am hoping the grass dries out enough today to mow it. It has gotten so long because it never really got cold enough for a long enough time to put it into hibernation for long. The sun is finally getting on it long enough that maybe it will get dry enough to not clog my mower.

I was just looking at “Where Are They Now?” on line. Man, that took a while. Ginger (Tina Louise) looks nothing like she did, still has the hair, looks nice for a woman in her what 70’s? Thanks, Terry! I get rather tired of Joe saying that homeschoolers are robbing the public schools of funds, when we pay our taxes, and don’t get anything for them in return. He also claims public schools are the best form of education, but the stats don’t support that opinion. I usually don’t knock the public teachers, they have a rough job. But homeschools and private schools have a much better track record of teaching their students, and parents should choose what they think is best for their child(ren). I figured I might as well do my best to refute his misconceptions.

Rmom, I know what you are saying. Two of my cousins were home schooled and I know my Aunt & Uncle paid taxes for the public school system. I just like the way you presented it in the post. :^)

Good job, Cleo! Things are just barely starting to turn green here, but it has been raining “cats & dogs” today. I expect when this rainy spell passes, the grass will really start to grow. I’m kind of looking forward to mowing this year. Normally, my hubby or my oldest son mow our property using a Ford 9N tractor and brush hog. However, last year, right before Independence Day, he couldn’t get the tractor to run, and we were having company over. So, we borrowed Mom’s riding lawn mower and mowed our large grassy areas. We’ve taken it as part of my inheritance, and it was fun driving it around. Felt a lot like driving a go-kart, especially because I tried to mow as close as I could to our Osage Orange trees, without getting poked by the thorns. A natural obstacle course.
