Gotta admire a guy who sticks to a routine. BTW Santa—where the @#%&*! is my new Porsche?

Hey, I have a great idea for a “Doozies” strip, Tom. You can save this ‘til around Xmas…

Dean takes Eve to see Santa at the mall. Then Santa says, “And what do you want for Christmas, little girl?” And Eve says, “World peace.”

And then there’s a BIG exclamation point over Santa’s head. Because it’s the one gift he can never deliver, see? HA HA! It’s just the lighter side of an existential quandary. And I think readers would love it.

..any cartoonist worth his salt would not use another person’s idea..unless it was really really funny and nobody knew…

Well, sir, you are mistaken. Because the Pluggers ONLY uses other people’s ideas. And people seem to love it!

So take THAT!

That’s a good subject for a “Learn to Draw” – hiring a ghost writer.
