Let us hope that the results of the elections will be a significant change in Japanese policies, both foreign and domestic. But given the background of many of the politicians in the Minshūtō (民衆党), I tend to doubt it. Besides, we see what has happened with a president and party elected on a platform of «Change» in the United States….
