I loved learning to gut fish!

When his dad says, “I never had the chance to do this when I was his age” he’s just pointing out the fact that he might very well NOT have enjoyed doing those things when he was Calvin’s age. He did them later, when he was able to appreciate fishing, cooking fisn, etc.

Mom’s in the other tent - there’s two - bet saucy 1121’s right - “gut” will bring Calvin on the run - a-a-any minute now - he-e-ere he comes - r–i-i-iiight away - maybe he’d rather go swimming -
