i think something went wrong with the snow dance..maybe missed a step somewhere

he is turning counter-clockwise which makes this the southern hemispherical snow dance. He needs to go clockwise to make it snow in the northern hemisphere.

Pretty much the same effect here in Connecticut, coming in tomorrow

And we got a sprinkle of it this morning in suburban (near-DC) Maryland.

Looks like he really got into that snow dance. Maybe Hobbes should join him in the next round.

It’s working where I’m at too. Barely got above 70 here in Florida!

It’s extremely foggy with a temp of 55 where I’m at in Florida.

I wish it would work here in the Texas Hill Country. We have had a drought since last summer. Snow would be nice…

Funny how the minute someone says “Oh good not a religious discussion today” it turns into one.

I love those moves of Calvin’s. But if you get snow Calvin, keep it to yourself. We’ve had enough up here in London Ontario.

The way the dance is drawn is a fine example of cartooning. The illusion of motion in just a few inches of drawing. With only one panel of dialogue he tells a whole story. What a great understanding of his craft and his audience. Waterson was a master.

Well…it’s snowing here in Vancouver British Columbia this morning. Way to go Calvin. Not.

It worked for us in southern Indiana. We got between 3-1/2 and 4 inches this morning with what sounds like a whole lot more to come tomorrow. Way to go Calvin (said with MUCH sarcasm!!!!!).
