Well, now some investigators run a study that says milk hydrates more than water, because lactose and proteins help keep water in the body for longer.
I personally am not so sure about that, because when I studied they taught me that (cow) milk needs more water to metabolize its molecules than what it actually has, and I’m not sure they have taken that into account. I mean, if water stays longer in your body but it’s all used to digest the milk, then there’s no water left for the rest of the body…

Imagine if Andy watched Haim Saban’s Power Rangers Dino Charge/Dino Super Charge (adapted from Saburo Hatte’s Ryouranger ), which came out 9 years after this. She no doubt would expect, as I did, for Keeper to bond the Aqua (rather than the Purple) Energem to the Plesio Zord. Keeper was an extraterrestrial, and he was the Rangers’ mentor in this season, as was the scientist Ms. Kendall Morgan. Aqua is Latin for “water”, and Plesiosaurus was an aquatic reptile.
