@Todd Corky Wallet, son of Walt Wallet and Phyllis Blossom Wallet was born on May 2, 1928. In 1945, he met his true love, Hope Hassel, whom he married on Oct. 1, 1949. Throughout 1950, there was story after story about Corky deciding to be a cook and leasing the diner from that rich old miser Pert.
