Oldie- whenever we showed up to rescue folks off cliffs, out of rivers, fighting their fires, etc, they didn’t typically complain because we were from the government and there to help them.
Humph- my VA medical care, living in a very remote area to boot, is pretty good, and efficient. NO system is “perfect”, but they do a pretty good job.
