    With drippings on the side.

If she should develop a blood clot, she can zap it.

Well, to be fair, in considering her diet, Broomie is short, green, and kind of rotund….

But I’ll just have the salad, please, no dressing….

My favourites at the Big E were alwats the clam fritters at the RI building & the Maple sugar cotton candy at the NH Building. ALways had to hit those (and the long lines to get them said others felt the same!) can’t eat the fritters now, but just thinking of them…YUM!

yyyguy: cole slaw is cabbage (and other things) smothered in mayo, so no that’s not a naked salad.

newenglandah: they had the same thing at the Los Angeles county fair last month. I didn’t have the nerve to try it, but I did have a bite of my husband’s deep fried cheese on a stick - yum!

Butter a la mode I can understand, but chocolate-covered bacon?? Chocolate and grease just don’t go together!

I watched my mother but butter on everything she ate (even the heavily sugar frosted breakfast rollsI and she fried everything she didn’t put butter on - as a result her weight went up, she got diabetes, heart attacks and died of kidney failure. I learned from watching her and her brothers and sisters to cook with little or no grease and use butter substitute sparingly. Before became disabled used to exercise too.
