Men boast about their 2 hours of work per year while women work every day and get ignored.
As a bachelor, I have no choice. Two cats (one long-haired), two bedroom apartment, work full-time, college full-time…
And I still manage to surf the Net. Do I need to mention I do my own shopping as well?
Women could get by with just as little work as men, if they simply lowered their expectations about what NEEDS to be done.
At least, this is true if he’s ever lived a bachelor’s life (as opposed to trading in a mother who did everything for him for a wife who’s expected to do the same).
This man will happily do the shopping…when it needs to be done. He will happily mow the lawn…when it needs to be done. He will do the laundry…when it needs to be done.
But if he’s constantly being told that he’s doing it wrong, OF COURSE he’s going to ultimately learn the Rule of Sharing Housework: “If you do a job badly enough, you won’t be asked to do it again.”

Cleanliness runs on both sides of the family.

Hey lady, put down the unnecessary busy-work, grab a beer, sit down with your husband, and enjoy yourself for a change!

oldwild, try typing it out. Gocomics does not mind your use of the word. But in this instance I don’t agree. He’s way too fat to say he helps.
