I hate carpet. Had several homes with carpet. Got one with hard wood. I’ll never go back.

Amen to that. Were I to hit the lotto and build my dream house, there would be no carpet too big to go in a washing machine. I think WW carpet was invented by doctors, to drum up more business for allergists.
