A test case was brought against a British photographer who did tasteful nudes of mothers and daughters together (some parents want this sort of photo, but goodness knows who they show the family album to). The ruling was that because the photographer was an established Artist and parental consent was a given, there was no case to answer. A Swiss artist does nothing else but young girls: Swiss law was equally relaxed. Not sure about the USA, though.
