Um, Bush lowered taxes (for the rich) and reduced regulations. According to Republicans, he had to grow the government to protect us from evil, which is also why he had to spy on us. So he’s at least 2 for 4, and should get a mulligan on the other 2. Sorry Republicans, Bush did everything you asked him to do. Not his fault conservatism is a failure.
