What’s funny to me (and maybe people are already referring to this) is that Burl tells Joy to go ahead and switch them, now that he has an excuse not to leave a tip. He doesn’t want to let the waiter switch them.
At least they didn’t make them take them back to the kitchen to switch the spuds. NEVER insult the person preparing or serving your food. Unless you like Floor Spice.
