Business man: Lookis like it's still going to be a while to get the old confidence back ...
You go first.
Our economy! lol! Laugh now while we still have a computer to laugh on. sigh
How low can you go?
Down and out!
tracht47, love your sprite!
and yet … the Canadian Government INSISTS “We’re not in a recession!” Bull malarky!
How can they call it an elevator if it only goes down?
it only goes down if you’re on the top floor, duh
If you step into the shaft, you will go down. One way or another.
@farren - that’s pretty much the state of things - the top brass get a raise, the little guys get the shaft…
Sometimes I never trusted any elevators so I usually go upstairs or downstairs that are more safety. :-] No stairs, I have to use the elevator anyway. :-/
Maybe those at the top should start using the windows to get to the bottom of the problem.
DigitalFrog, for the same reason why the can’t call it a “lift”.
I think Dante once pressed that lowest button.
Sadly, given who’s operating the elevator, is going to be a long while indeed…

Besides “elevators”, “escalators” should technically just go up, but it’s easier to remember “down escalator” than “de-escalator” or “lowerer”.
