Must be an American prison. From what I hear, most other countries make you pay for your time in prison, and don’t let you out until they receive the full amount (if the sentence isn’t for life or the death sentence that is).

now, cobra, that’s a great idea! let’s pass it to the folks who make us pay for the food, clothing, and shelter of criminals. … and let’s not forget health care!

We need to farm our prisoners out to those countries.

On Sat., someone commented that he/she can’t wait for Lars to come back. I’d rather see more of BE, Eden before Eve. Those guys are hilarious.

Actually, it’s not uncommon come winter time in some areas for people to commit petty crimes just get get tossed into jail for the winter.
