Mrs. Hillman: We hiked to the end of the driveway and back! Then we replaced nutrients we lost in case we sweated: 190 calories. Replaced antioxidants we lost from exposure to the elements: 282 calories. Replaced carbs we lost in our cardio surge: 374 calories. Mr. Hillman: Calories burned on our six-minute walk: 23. Calories eaten to recover from our six-minute walk: 846. Mrs. Hillman: When they said ,"No pain, no gain", I had no idea how much extra weight we could put on by starting a fitness program!

Yep. One can gain a ton of unwanted weight when starting fitness programs. Just like marrying Irving, right Cathy? eyes the in-laws Wonder who’s paying for their food, there.

Usually Irving drops a ton of weight and really doesn’t do much to lose it. Guess that trait must skip a generation in his family.

I know a great way to get quickly get rid of about 400 lbs in about 5 minutes.

I’d like to see the strip come up with a happy solution for all concerned, and I have absolutely no suggestions for what that could be.
