I worked for a construction company, years ago, that had cut all the grounding plugs off. We had a worker who, to get better traction, while up on a ladder, took hold of the gutter as he was attaching an awning. There was water in the gutter. To this day, I still laugh when I think about ‘the great speckled bird”.
