I preferred Marks and Spencer. They have a food outlet in Euston Station that has a decent variety at a reasonable price. London is such a cosmopolitan city that you can find any cuisine in the world there.
When I went to France a few years ago for a visit, I went to a Mcdonalds a few times. It was next door to the hotel and wasn’t to bad, although it did taste a bit different then America’s.
