    Momentum just KEEPs it going–doesn’t MAKE it go ‘round,,,Gravity or electromagnetics, of which no one knows much as to sources. …it’s a mystery, so you might as well say love as anything!

    Gravity. It all started as dust and gas in an accretion disk, with the pieces swirling around as they fell toward the center. Some parts fell so fast they were moving too fast to keep falling (see “mechanics, orbital”) so they wound up in their particular orbits and attracting more pieces parts and became planets, and because each of the pieces was moving a little faster or slower than the other pieces it collided with, they wound up spinning as they congealed and solidified and…
