I prefer dress pants, the are surprisingly more versatile to jeans, and they don’t make you look like a slob.

With Earl’s shape how else can he look?,

I bet Opal has called Earl worse things than a slob.

I bet Opal’s wishing that she had her own sweat pants.

I prefer track pants in my off time… A little better than sweatpants… without that lovely elastic at the ankle… lol

I love sweat pants and sweat shirts…but I only wear them around the house or while exercising. But they are very comfortable.

A compromise is called for. Let him wear them at home and be comfortable but not out in public so he doesn’t look like a slob.

Nothing beats lack of clothing for true comfort.

Well, why are they call sweats anyway?

Sweatpants take the sweat from your sweatglands around your leg areas.

I’m retired… don’t even have a pair of dress pants anymore!

I agree, though- sweats are for the comfort of your own home… in public- shudder

I refuse to wear anything but track pants or sweats, I’ve gotten to the point in my life where I don’t care what people think of how I look >.<
