Isn’t it the truth!! The mother is the last to get everything. She’s too busy to catch it the first time around.

Moms aren’t allowed to get sick…at least they’re not allowed to let that stop them from nursing everyone else back to health, and cooking, cleaning, doing laundry, picking up meds, etc., etc.

Michael, Liz did not say anything to you. She just got it from you, Michael. LOLs! On the third panel, Elly got a “boing” opened-wide eyes while Liz coughed and hacked. Funny! Awww, poor thing on both of them with bad colds or flu! lols!

I know a family in which one kid got the chicken pox and now they’re waiting for the other three to break out with it. Meanwhile everyone is being kept home so they don’t pass it on to others. I feel sorry for the mom.

ROFLH!! I recall my older brother saying those exact words… only it was the chicken pox.

And poor Mom always gets it just as the kids are feeling well enough to start running around again but before they’re well enough to go back to school. Or so my BF claims with her two boys. lol
