I take Ambien occasionally to help me sleep. .My lady friend tells me that I talk and move about quite frequently when I take Ambien, so I assume, I’m having some very vivid dreams. I never seem to recall the dreams I have under the influence of Ambien though, whereas I recall many of my dreams during non-induced sleep.

Yep. Ambien. I actually know someone who took up sleep cooking while they were on Ambien.
