Transcript:
Jon: Now, be nice to my date. She might be sensitive about her weight. Garfield: How'd she get in here? Through the garage door? Jon: Her name is Bertha. Garfield: Figures. Jon: She's a lovely person. You can't judge a book by it's cover, you know. Garfield: And you can't judge a ship by it's hull.

What is with the name Bertha?! I have an aunt Bertha and she’s literally about the same size as this Bertha! We used to call her “aunt fat” behind her back (wasn’t very nice looking back!) It must be some kinda curse to be named that lol
