Charlie Brown stands behind Linus and watches as Linus flies a kite.<br> <br> They stand in profile. "Did you get that kite up all by yourself, Linus?" "Yup!" Linus answers, staring up at his kite.<br> <br>"Did you have any trouble?" "Nope!"<br> <br> "Didn't your kite get tangled up in any trees or around some telephone wires or even go down a sewer?" "Nope!" Linus says.<br> <br> They stand there and watch the kite.<br> <br> Charlie Brown sighs as he walks towards his soorstep.<br> <br> He gets into his pajamas.<br> <br> Charlie Brown lies in bed under the covers. He says, "I didn't think it would be right to let a little kid like him see me cry.."<br> <br>

Just remember, this is the kid who blows square balloons and builds snow castles. Of course getting a kite up is no trick for him.

One thing CB should note here is the absence of trees, power lines, and the like. Less likely to get tangled in one of those if they are not around.
