Launch Date Announced 🚀 The brand-new GoComics will be unveiled April 1! (No fooling). See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
These upgrades were long overdue, and most of the changes and improvements can’t be seen by the end user. They’re internal. I found out a lot of this during frantic e-mails during the big outage’s early stages.
Susan: They’re working on it. When it’s live it will bring up a high-res version similar to what you can get from the strip’s homepage. They just need a little more work to let the little guys like me upload high-res versions.
As I said on another strip, GoComic’s motto is “If it ain’t broke, keep fixing it till it is.” If they really want to improve the website, they’ll get rid of those @#$&%*! popup boxes that appear whenever you mouse over a strip’s name.
Ooh! Ooh! That one bugs me too, luckylouie! You finally find the comic you’re looking for and a defensive line of popups stop you from clicking on it!
Can’t get on when in IE; had to open Firefox. And I agree completely abt the popups—they’ve been the bane of my comics reading from the beginning!

Agreed….if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it – if it is, it’s already too late.
