What gives others propaganda is illegal and immoral activity like torture. Don’t do it, and we’ll have the positive reputation we once had.

Harley just wants to see more CIA agents exposed by Cheney, like Plame, to prove that treason isn’t treason, if treason is your reason, for profit. Why doesn’t Cheney like the USA?

HQ why do you hate America and everything it stands for? You American hating coward!

You’re so afraid of getting hurt that you’d tear down the rights and privileges that so many have fought and died for over the last 240 years.

Torture IS and HAS BEEN illegal. You can rationalize what W/Cheney did but you can’t go back and make it legal.

I am with you, Harley. What is wrong with a little “water aerobics” if it saves US lives? It sure beats a beheading!

“What is wrong with a little “water aerobics” if it saves US lives? It sure beats a beheading!”

Because all of the experts agree that this sort of behavior does NOT save US lives—instead, it puts us at greater jeopardy. And because WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THE GOOD GUYS!!!!!! I HATE the whole BUSH team for lowering my country to the level of THE BAD GUYS!

Waterboarding has been acknowledged as torture for quite some time. Japanese soldiers were hung for doing this to our GIs in WWII. So it was torture then when done to us but now it’s OK when we do it to someone else?

My point about you being a coward is that you would give up your liberties at the drop of a hat.

If Cheney wants the pro-torture evidence to come out then it should be accompanied by the data on bogus info that we got as well. Torture is widely accepted as unreliable especially when used as a fishing expedition.

Ever since 9/11 I’ve been irate over how easily people will give up the liberties and ideals that made this country great.

rtt470… ah yes the simplistic ‘commie’ retort… you sir/madam are a genius. I’m the one committed to the ideal of America being a shining example and yet I’m the one being called a commie.

No wonder this country is so messed up, it’s filled with half-wit trolls like you.

I can understand this comic causing a battle of words between the right-wing nimrods and the other 70% of us. What I cannot fathom is that the same battle seems to form no matter how silly or apolitical the subject or the source.
