    Ed Sullivan had a tremendous talent as a talent scout. He was great at judging what acts the American people would like.

    As to the quote, nobody said, “The British are coming!” We WERE British in the 1770’s. What Paul Revere would have shouted was, “The Regulars are coming.” As it is, he was arrested before completing his ride.
