Hudson’s and Jacobson’s. Two stores I miss – especially Jacobson’s. Oh, for a time machine to go back to Detroit in the glory days when Hudson’s had a grand store downtown.

@reese828, I, too, miss the old Hudson’s stores…. been ages since I have been to a Jacobson’s (think the closest one to where I grew up was in Saginaw… that was a fair drive away)!

Just found this old one in my inbox. What a cool reference! I love it. I worked at Jacobson’s one Christmas. I miss that store, too bad they all closed.
